The terms and conditions, privacy statement, and disclaimer notice provided on this website apply to all agreements made between the user, yourself, and MedTree Telehealth.   The terms "User”, "You, "and Our" pertain to the person who logs onto the website and agrees to comply with the company's terms and conditions.       The terms "Ourselves," "We," "Our," and "Us" refer to "Consultation Companion". All terms used refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment that are necessary for us to provide assistance to the user in the most appropriate manner to meet their needs.       Any use of the above-mentioned terminology or other words in singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they are interchangeable and therefore refer to the same thing. “Consultation Companion App” is provided to you and/or its suppliers under license or with respect to which you have access, in connection with the Service.“Telehealth” means the video, audio, streaming, and media service available through the Service whether it is used for streaming health care services. When agreeing to these Terms of Services for an account, the individual confirms that they are either at least 18 years old or the age of maturity in their place of residence, if that age is older than 18, and have the authority to legally agree to these Terms on behalf of the Account Owner. Additionally, the individual must comply with Consultation Companion requirements for Account and Account Owner Verification and provide accurate identification documentation. It is the individual's responsibility to keep Account Verification Information, such as Usernames and Passwords, secure.    If any User is under 13 years old, their use of the Service requires the consent of their parent or legal guardian, which the individual and Account Owner must obtain prior to the User's use of the Service.

Providing Services

Technical Issues

Medtree TeleHealth might not be able to help you with any problems related to technology. While communicating we cannot promise that the tools used for Online Counselling (like chat, pictures, or video clips) that you will send to us will work perfectly all the time. If there is a technical issue, the counselor will try to work with you to keep the session going as best they can.

Use of Electronic Communications

Please don't share any email or electronic messages you receive from Consultation Companion's online service or its counselors with others unless you have permission in writing from Consultation Companion. Also, don't take advice or information you receive from MedTree TeleHealth out of context or share it with anyone else without permission.

Prohibition

The communication between the User and Health Professional during the session is for the benefit of the user only. You must not copy it, distribute it, or make any part of it available to any person.

Your Physical Surroundings

When you send audio, your surroundings are very important.
Please make sure that:

  • You are in a private setting, preferably a room with the door closed, and you're alone.
  • If you have children, make sure they're taken care of while you record a voice message.
  • Let other people around you know that you need privacy and shouldn't be disturbed.
